This is a Compu-Fire alternator. This alternator puts out 2 1/2 times the power of the stock alternator.
This 90 amp alternator has a temperature compensated voltage regulator and puts out 60 amps at idle.
It is recommended that you use a sealed battery with this system.
It is great for bikes that have a lot of additional electrical equipment and will fit all Goldwing 1500's from 1988-00.
