This is a windshield from F4 Customs with the new "speedglass" technology.
Speedglass is a revolutionary Lexan polycarbonate windshield technology designed specifically for the motorsports enthusiast.
Speedglass is a unique scratch and chemical resistant windshield. Thanks to its exclusive hardcoat surface on both sides,
Speedglass is resistant to all chemicals involved with motorsports, including a 40% solution of hydrochloric acid.
Speedglass is so tough that it also resists scratching even when rubbed with steel wool!
The surface is so smooth that water beads up and blows right off.
It is available in three sizes, standard, +2 (2" taller) and +4 (4" taller). It is also available with either no vent,
a vent hole but no vent or with a vent hole and a vent installed. The vents included will be tinted.
The clear vents were yellowing over time.
You can use your standard GL1800 vent on the standard and the Plus 2 but, not on the Plus 4.
The Plus 4 windshields are thicker for more stability which also prevents them from being adjusted once installed.
They all retain the same angle as the stock OEM windshield.
