This is a pair of chrome plated one piece frame covers with rubber inserts. They are designed to replace the stock painted pivot covers and extend up to cover the exposed section of the frame in shiny chrome. These ABS plastic covers come with the five raised black rubber inserts that help protect against scuffs. They use existing mounting hardware and will fit all years of Goldwing 1800's from 2001-2009.
