We can take your order over the phone also.The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this web site passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.Most shipments reach destinations in 5-7 days. Any where outside the continental USA takes longer.
We also have combined partial shipping refunds on multiple orders.
All items shipped in PRIORITY MAIL will be insured.
FIRST CLASS shipping is also available.

Sales Tax
Sales tax of 6.5 % will be added to all purchases that are sent to an address in Ohio. Shipping insurance is included with the handling fee. Ohio requires that taxes be calculated on the cost of shipping also. There will be no sales tax added to any shipment sent to an address outside of Ohio at this time.
Return Policy

Please include purchase information in the returned package to help eliminate confusion. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE for return shipping costs. Reimbursement for return shipping costs will be paid only for MANUFACTURERS defective items and shipping mistakes only. A replacement for a defective item will be sent out after the original item is returned and examined. Return shipping costs can not exceed the original shipping costs. Make sure that you receive the item that you were expecting before opening it or mounting it. If we can not resell it as new, we can not refund your payment for it.
